ISR schuletennis

Procedure

The activity takes place on ….. from 15:30 to 16:30 on the outside facilities of the Tennis club NTC Stadtwald.

• The students will meet the tennis coach in the Cafeteria at 15:15. They will then go over to NTC Stadtwald altogether.
• Students can get changed at the Tennis club.
• Students should provide tennis outside shoes or outside sports shoes with little profile. They should wear sports clothes.
• At 16:30 the students can be picked up at the Tennis Club directly. Otherwise they can stay on the ISR playground until their pick up. Students who have to take the bus need to leave the activity around 16:00. They will be guided to the Bus pickup.

Short-term changes in procedures of an activity are possible at any time. For example: If the activity leader can’t attend a lesson and there is no substitute teacher, the lesson will be cancelled that day. A makeup lesson will be offered at a later point of time. If this is not possible, paid fees will be refunded.

In case lessons need to be cancelled by school for a longer period i.e. due to certain safety measures or other reasons, activity leaders will offer substitute lessons online or the lessons will be offered at a later time. If this procedure is not possible, neither school nor activity leaders are obliged to refund the paid fees.

By signing this agreement, ISR parents agree that for the purpose of a quicker information flow the activity provider is allowed to ask ISR staff for personal data, especially names and e-mail addresses.

This agreement has to be signed and returned to the external providers after the first session
