Beginner course grade 1,2: Students learn basic racket skills through coördination training and different ball games, by the end of the term the goal is to have the students play a good rally with each other.
Beginner / Advanced course Grade 3,4: Students will learn to play a more technical game that focusses more on technique. They will train to play matches and become stronger more confident players. To join this lesson students need to have playing experience. We offer group, private and semi-private lessons on Tuesdays, if the demand is high another day can be added.
Advanced course: Students play a more technical game that focusses more on technique. They will train to play matches and become stronger more confident players. To join this lesson students need to have good playing skills. We offer group, private and semi-private lessons on Thursday, if the demand is high another slot or day can be added. (Entry to the course is by invitation only through scouting.)
Extra training / Match training: Students will learn to play matches to become better match players. Matchplay is the focus of this course so previous playing experience is required.
KG course: Students learn basic racket skills through coördination training and different ball games, by the end of the term the goal is to have the students play a rally of 3 or 4 times together.
The training takes place in the sport hall at ISR and the ISR movement room KG. The course is led by certified Tennis coaches from LESC. Students are welcome to bring their own tennis racket otherwise tennis rackets and balls will be provided, please come dressed in sport clothes and indoor shoes. Summer Procedure ISR Grade 123
The activity takes place on Tuesday from 15:15 to 16:00 at the indoor facilities of the ISR.
Procedure ISR KG
The activity takes place on …… from …… in the Movement room of ISR Kindergarten and lasts about 45 minutes. At least 6 students must enrol for the course to be completed. A maximum of 16 students can register for this activity. Children need indoor sports shoes.
