Participation in the activity after the trial week is only permitted once payment has been received in full and the signed agreement is returned to the activity leader.
1. After submitting the registration, the course fees must be paid.
2. With the digital signature on the registration form and its submission, the contract comes into effect..
3. The selection of tennis coaches/instructors for each lesson is reserved to the LESC tennis school.
4. Missed sessions by the participant cannot be made up. This applies to individual training as well as ongoing group courses.
6. Every tennis coach/instructor of the LESC tennis school is entitled to participate in professional training and development courses. If, due to this, illness, or any other important reason, a coach/instructor is unable to conduct a lesson, the LESC tennis school is entitled to provide a substitute or to reschedule the lesson.
7. In addition, the general terms and conditions for tennis schools apply.
Conclusion of contract, inclusion of the general terms and conditions.
The following conditions apply to all contracts concluded in connection with the operation of the LESC tennis school. Any side agreements, amendments, or additions are only valid if confirmed by us in writing. The contract with the LESC tennis school comes into effect upon registration. The LESC tennis school reserves the right to accept or reject any training registration.
Training
Our range of services includes group and individual training. The LESC tennis school may organize groups according to practical necessities, particularly playing ability, and may make changes to the group assignments. In doing so, we strive to accommodate our customers’ preferences whenever possible.
Supervision of Children
Our duty of supervision for minor children is limited to the duration of the training. Unfortunately, we cannot assume any supervisory responsibilities before the start or after the end of the training. Therefore, parents or legal guardians must ensure that their child(ren) arrive on time and are picked up promptly after the training. Please inform your children that they must not leave the training area and must follow the instructions of the tennis coach/instructor. We accept no liability if a child leaves the training area!
Exclusion from Training
We reserve the right to exclude individual participants from a group if, despite being warned, they do not follow the instructions of the tennis coach/instructor or disrupt the training. This also applies to children. Parents agree that in such a case, their child must remain in the training area until picked up. In this case, the excluded participant has no right to a refund of their (proportional) training fees.
Cancellation Policy
The agreement can be cancelled with a written notice period of four (4) weeks before the end of each term. All cancellation notices must be sent in writing directly to (LESC) and copied to sea@isr-school.de. Verbal cancellations or cancellations sent only to the SEA office will not be accepted. Cancellations receivedafter the 4-week deadline will incur a cancellation fee of the full-term cost.
An extraordinary cancellation is only possible in case of a short-term move, or a long term- illness (a medical form should be presented).
(LESC) can cancel the contract with immediate effect, if the payment deadline was not met.
Schedule Changes & Make-Up Policy
If the lessons at ISR must be cancelled completely for a longer period of time, e.g. because of school closure and / or for different reasons, activity leaders will offer alternative options or reschedule them for a later date.
If you decide not to participate in the alternative lesson despite the offer, the refund of the fee is excluded.
If a single lesson needs to be cancelled due to illness of the teacher, the lesson will be retaken on another day or students can retake the lesson in one of the other groups, if possible.
Liability
Our liability for damages in connection with the training is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Complaints and Warranty
Complaints regarding defective and/or missing services must be submitted to us in writing no later than the 2nd day following the training session. This also applies to any damage to persons and/or property caused by the training. In this case, the period begins upon discovery of the damage. After this period, our services are deemed approved, and any complaints are excluded. If force majeure (such as sudden wars, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics) or other circumstances occur that make performance impossible, the obligation to provide the service is waived, and any claim for reimbursement is extinguished.
Data Protection
Your personal data will be stored electronically with us. Your data will not be shared with third parties. After the conclusion of the training, we are entitled to retain your data for a period of 3 years.
