    Semi Advanced course 3,4<\/b>: Students learn basic racket skills through co\u00f6rdination training and different ball games, by the end of the term the goal is to have the students play a good rally with each other.<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>

            Extra training \/ Match training<\/b>: Students will learn to play matches to become better match players. Matchplay is the focus of this course so previous playing experience is required.<\/cite><\/p>\n

            Private training<\/b>: All private training sessions take place at Teremeer (Meerbusch). Private training includes progression reports and video analysis.<\/cite><\/p>\n

            The training takes place at the tennis courts NTC Stadtwald and the ISR movement room KG. The course is led by certified Tennis coaches from LESC. Students are welcome to bring their own tennis racket otherwise tennis rackets and balls will be provided, please come dressed in sport clothes and indoor shoes.             Summer Procedure ISR Grade 123<\/strong><\/p>\n

            The activity takes place on Mo\/Tu\/We\/Th<\/strong>\u00a0from 15:15 to 17:30<\/strong> at the outdoor facilities of the ISR NTC Stadtwald.<\/p>\n

              \n
            • The students will meet outside of the Cafeteria<\/strong> at 15:00<\/strong>. They will then go over to sportshall..<\/li>\n
            • Students can get changed at the Tennis club.<\/li>\n
            • Students need indoor sport shoes. They should wear sports clothes.<\/li>\n
            • Students can bring there water bottle and a little snack.<\/li>\n
            • At 16:15<\/strong> the students can be picked up at the ISR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Procedure ISR KG<\/strong><\/p>\n

              The activity takes place on ……<\/strong> from ……<\/strong>\u00a0in the Movement room of ISR Kindergarten and lasts about 45 minutes. At least 6 students must enrol for the course to be completed. A maximum of 16 students can register for this activity.
